Uldaman is an instance for level 36-45 players. It's located at the north entrance to the Badlands, just south of Loch Modan.

Quests

Many of these quests start in Ironforge in the Hall of Explorers.

These quests are shareable:

Power stones / Badlands / Rigglefuzz
Power stones drop inside and outside the instance. Reclaimed treasures / Ironforge / Krom Stoutarm
The object Krom wants you to find is outside the instance. The Lost Dwarves / Ironforge / Prospector Stormpike
The dwarves are inside the instance.

Return to the marsh / Major city / Any mage trainer
This is a mage class quest. Eventually it winds up in Uldaman. The Obsidian Sentinel is just inside the Uldaman back door.

These quests are started inside Uldaman, triggered by objects:

The Shattered Necklace / Uldaman outside / looted object
This usually drops outside the instance. You should recall TdK from your experience with the Gnomeregan ring quest. This is the major quest chain for the instance, culminating in the final boss fight. Plan in advance and have 5 silver bars on hand before you start this quest.

The Platinum Discs / Uldaman, after the final boss / world object
The reward for this is very nice: a 14-slot bag. Lots of XP, too. It starts with an object in the niche beyond the final boss.

Quest chains

Ironband wants you! / Ironforge / Prospector Stormpike
Fedex to the familiar excavation in Loch Modan, then into the Badlands to find a body & kill a named mob. Eventually Ironband sends you to Uldaman to collect urns. They're objects scattered around the tunnels outside the instance.

Walkthrough

You'll be visiting Uldaman at least twice to finish all the quests, because the necklace quest sends you to Ironforge. On the first trip, explore the areas outside the instance. Collect the necklace, which should drop for all of your party randomly. Collect urns. Collect power stones. Find Krom's treasure in the north hall. Return to Ironforge to turn in your finished quests & advance the necklace quest. (Don't remember who TdK is? Hint: he's in the mage district in IF, and he shows up as a yellow dot on your minimap.)

Return to Uldaman, and this time enter the instance. Follow the left-hand rule and clear troggs. The trogg groups will feel quite familiar to veterans of Gnomeregan. Eventually on the left you'll see a break in the wall leading to a tunnel. The lost dwarves are in the tunnel. They give you another quest: find the hidden chamber, open it, and explore it. A book nearby tells you exactly how to do this. You need to acquire 2 items by killing boss mobs, assemble the items into a key, and use the key in a lock.
